Start-up of social media management with setting of the graphic line, the tone of communication and the selection of the main target of reference for the real estate agency. Data analysis and long-term planning for the future were the main cornerstones of this campaign.

Showing oneself online with a graphic line able to present us from a first glance is undoubtedly one of the fundamental characteristics to follow when it comes to online presentation, especially on social networks. Also for this customer we went to create a distinguishable line that could be immediately combined with the website built by our web designers.

The use of pastel shades, very popular at the moment, has been interpolated to flat and non-invasive digital graphics. But, clearly, in this type of post the main protagonist is the photo of the property. Sometimes it is inserted in full frame, other times our graphic designers insert it in a fake portfolio card which, as a style, reflects those of the site, with the main information of the property.

As for the compositions, we have adapted the design to the tools offered by social networks, creating simple and tidy masonry and structures. As a font, we used bold serifs for the main titles, accompanied by a handwritten style for the kit and the final decoration of the post. In some we have also included the customer’s logo, both as a watermark and as a promotional function.
