The time was ripe to carry out a complete restyling of the website, now obsolete and out of the stylistic canons that the market presents. We have carried out a total overhaul of the application with changes in layout and revolutionized portfolio management.
It was unanimous opinion that the menu part had to be completely revised. On the old application, in fact, the portfolio section was a simple photo gallery, which did not explain anything about the dishes, but relied exclusively on images. One of the things the client particularly wanted to emphasize was this section of the site.
With the help of experts and after a careful competitor analysis, we understood what was the way to go. We held long meetings with the customer, examining each dish on the menu and letting us tell all the ingredients, the preparation and the details. Once we collected all our notes we finally formulated the texts for this section, leaving the fundamental trace to our editors but with the freedom to use the best words to describe the culinary creations.
In this way, the menu section appears much more complete, divided between appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts, helping the user to understand the restaurant’s offer and to get an idea even before sitting down to eat.
