Once the creation of the eCommerce platform was completed, we managed the customer's commercial offer. In the meantime, we've set up a dedicated social media team that has focused on product promotion, special offers, and customer expansion.
In the world of meat, and we have learned this in several client briefings, the different times of the year are characterized by different cuts that are or are not available. For this reason, offer management is mainly characterized by communicating with the customer in a precise way about which cuts are available or not.
The customer has a privileged channel with the dedicated team that takes care of managing the products. There are some particular cuts that are present only at certain times of the year, such as the Ox or the Lamb. For this, we take care of making them available or not as needed, according to the customer’s commercial needs.
