Chef seasons - S01 E01 - Spring 2015 – Walter Ferretto
Our first intervention for the chef involved three shooting sessions on the dishes that we carried out to complement his online portfolio with a unique and recognizable photographic identity.
We have chosen a minimal style, in line with what the customer adopts in his dishes, taking up the creations both from the top and the cut, in order to have at least 3 different versions of each dish, always emphasizing the choreography. In fact, presentation is even more important when it comes to photographing food. The viewer has nothing but an image to get an idea. So, how the dish looks like is the first step to arouse the conviction that a dish is really tasty and appetizing as it appears in the photo.
