Chef seasons - S01 E02 - Summer 2015 – Walter Ferretto
Our first intervention for the chef involved three shooting sessions on the dishes that we carried out to complement his online portfolio with a unique and recognizable photographic identity.
We continued taking photographs of the client’s plate portfolio, this time in the summer months. The restaurant often changes menu as it follows the products available seasonally. In fact, to keep the portfolio always active, we also follow its activities and adapt our shots accordingly.
In continuity with the previous shooting, we have kept the same style, with a very bright still life setting and with a predominance of white, thanks to which each element stands out in the correct way. When photographing food, good light is the key to emphasizing texture and color balance. For our photographic team, in every project it is essential to choose the right lighting, also to establish which characteristics of the dish we want to highlight.
